150cp ALCOHOL KIT:
1. Remove parts #123 (hood) & #117 (Inner Casing) .
2. Remove Part #50 (Nipple for Vaporizer)
3. Replace part #50 with alcohol (#50) replacement part.
4. Fill tank with Isopropyl Alcohol (75% - 99%) or use 100%
Alcohol.
5. Fill preheater cup with alcohol (May require filling
cup 2-3 times)
6. Add pressure to #1 or red mark on gauge.
7. After pre-heating lantern turn knob (part #111) to 6:00
position lantern should light.

of lighting lantern without Pressure
150cp ALCOHOL KIT:
1. Remove part #123 (Hood) & Part #117 (Inner Casing).

3. Replace part #50 with alcohol (#50) replacement part.
4. Adjust/lower part #33 (Mixing tube with screw) to adjust
close to #50 (see Photo below.)
4.A) Fill tank with Isopropyl Alcohol (75% - 99%) or use
100% Alcohol.
5. Fill preheater cup with alcohol (may require filling
cup 2-3 times)
6. DO NOT HAVE PRESSURE IN TANK
for this step….. Just turn knob #111 to on.. down to 6
O’clock and preheat when mantle starts to glow add pressure
as needed).
Lantern Pressure:
When using Alcohol you do not need
more then 1 bars to just under the red mark for pressure on
the gauge. Try to stay just above the 1 bars or at 1 bars, lantern
will work better.
(If lantern fails to light, repeat procedures #5 - #7)
Part #33 made need to
be adjusted: down close to part #50 are up away from part #50.
(note if lantern looks as if it runs out of fuel and has a full
tank )See starting point below in photo part #50 and red line
use 2 nuts on part #33 to adjust part #33 for 150CP lanterns.

a good poisiton to start when using Alcohol in the 500CP
Below is where this lantern
worked the best when using Alcohol 75% up to 100%. You may need
to just turn part #111 to 1:00 or 2:00 O'clock or 10:00 or 11:00
O'clock.
The pressure needed was from 0 to
1 bar on the pressure gauge part #149.
You may need to test how much pressure you really need most
of the time its not much.
